How to Secure Print to a Xerox WorkCentre Printer
Step 1: Printer Properties
Navigate to the "Print" menu in the software you would like to print a page from. Select an option with a name similar to "Printer Properties". An example using Microsoft Word 2010 is shown.

Step 2: Job Type
Select the arrow icon next to the "Job Type" menu to select a printing type.

Step 3: Secure Print
Select the "Secure Print..." option.

Step 4: Enter Passcode
Invent a numeric passcode that you would like to print the document with; you will need to remember this passcode when you wish to retrieve your document from the printer. Type the passcode into both the "Passcode" and "Confirm Passcode" fields. When finished, select the "OK" button.

Step 5: Confirm Secure Print
Select the "OK" button.

Step 6: Print Document
Print the document the way you normally would.

Step 7: Xerox WorkCentre Job Status
Travel to the Xerox WorkCentre printer and press the button labelled "Job Status".
Step 8: Secure Print JobsPress Secure Print Jobs to display all currently waiting Secure Jobs.
Step 9: Select your Job
Select your secure job from the list.
Step 10: Type Passcode
Type the passcode you entered earlier for this job.
Step 11: Enter Passcode
Press the "Enter" button to enter the passcode.
Step 12: Select Job
If the correct passcode was entered, Select the job you want to release.
Step 13: Release JobPress Release from the drop down menu which will then print that job.
Step 14: Receive JobThe printer will then release the print job.
