How to Book a Room using Outlook 2010
Step 1: Select a time
Open a calendar in Microsoft Outlook 2010. Select an available time in the room's schedule.
Step 2: Click to Schedule
The selected time will then fade to a lighter shade including the text "Click to schedule". Select the box
to schedule the room.
Step 3: Add Details
Include a subject in the subject line and add further details in the description box as shown.
Step 4: Submit Booking
Click the "Send" button
to confirm your details and book the room.
Step 5: Room Schedule Time Added
The time you've added will now be included in the room's schedule.
