How to Add an Email Account in Outlook 2010

Step 1: First, go on the "Home" tab. Now go to "Open Calendar" and then click on "From Room List".

Step 2: Type in "sci phr". Press "Go".

Step 3: Double Click on Room Name and click "OK".

Step 4: Double Click the time you want to book.

Step 5: Fill in the subject and any extra info you want in the text box and invite other Attendees if required. Click on "Send".
